Summer Training
Summer training occurs for 6 weeks between July and August. Due to the different duration of the courses offered, there are different intakes and the amount of intakes for each course. An example would the Basic Training Course that is 2 weeks in duration and will thus have 3 separate intakes for the course. For Basic Aviation, since it is 3 weeks in duration, there will be 2 intakes for the course. Each intake begins at a different time and the squadron has no control of which intake your child will be participating in. The cadet must be able to attend the entirety of the course and may only be eligible for ONE course per summer.
Due to this restriction, when applying for summer training, your child MUST be available for the entire duration of the course.
There are a series of courses available for cadets to participate in based on there level.
